Meet Kenlyn Prescott…is she not the cutest little thing you’ve seen lately? Having two boys myself it was a pleasure to follow around a little girl for the day. I swear I could have picked her up with 2 fingers! She was as light as a feather. With Ayden, my youngest, weighing in at 25 pounds at 10 months old, Kenlyn was like carrying around a bag of cotton.
Her Mommy is a brave woman! She brought a “picnic basket scene” with her and she even let Kenlyn dive into a bottle of
ketchup and a container of olives. This is courageous to me…I mean I take a full gallon of water to wash the kids feet when we load up in the car at the beach. I wish that I could be more spontaneous like Angel (Kenlyn’s Mom). Kenlyn surely didn’t mind! She was enjoying every bite of that ketchup. She wasn’t too keen on the olives but she tried them nonetheless. When I am around little girls I can’t help but want one myself. However, I have an incredibly accurate gut instinct and my gut convinces me that even if I had ten children I would never have a little girl. Isn’t that wild? It’s true though and I just don’t know if I am willing to take that risk : ) after all I already have 3 boys to raise…if you include Jeff and Lord knows he is a big kid!
