What To Expect:

• Your creative/session fee should have been paid at the time of booking in order to reserve your session. The creative fee is non-refundable. However, I completely understand that life gets in the way…all too often!  So, in the event that you need to reschedule you are welcome to do so within 30 days of your originally scheduled session. I do ask that  you give the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice whenever possible.

• Families over four require an additional per person fee of $20.

• All no-shows will automatically forfeit their creative session fee.

• Photographic prints and other custom keepsakes are not included in the creative fee and are purchased separately.

• Your session will last approximately 1.5-2 hours.

• Clothing changes are welcomed and encouraged just to provide you with choices.

• In the event of poor weather a reschedule will take place.

• Travel to locations within a 20 mile radius of Dawn McCarthy Photography (32068) are included in the creative fee. Should you choose a more distant location additional travel fees will be assessed.

• I love to shoot and experiment with pretty much any location that you choose! And I encourage you to “think outside the box.” However, we must be careful and certain that there is adequate natural lighting in the location that we choose.
