Well, I am 2 days late but no candy short! Ha Ha! The kids racked up with tons and I mean tons of candy. I kid you not the bag weights at least 10 pounds! We trekked through the rain and all. The boys (Austin and Jacob) got sick of waiting for poor Ayden so we let them take off on their skateboards with Jeff and me and my Mom took Mr. Bumble Bee trick-or-treating. He was so excited. At each house he wanted to “pick his own” candy out of the bowl. And of course after he dropped his treat in his bag he would go back for seconds…that’s my boy! The people would say, “Awe, he’s so cute. Let him have as much as he wants.” It worked out great for me and my Mom too. ;-) I hid the bag as soon as Austin fell asleep because I knew the minute that he woke up he would be in search of that candy. That was exactly what he did, yesterday and today. He was trying to be so quiet and sneaky but one day he will realize that his Momma sees and hears in her sleep and he can’t get away with that type of thing…or anything for that matter!
I hope that you all had a happy and safe Halloween. I have run and get ready for a Christmas session at 5:00.
P.S. I was not “favoring” Ayden ;-) with all of the pictures. The boys did not want to cooperate…as usual!
