I am so excited for this Texas gal to join me in Florida for her {Walk The Shot} workshop. Unfortunately for her it certainly isn’t going to be a break from the heat…but at least it will be a nice personal break for this mom of two. And Lord knows us moms need some time to ourselves once in a blue moon! Haley and I have corresponded back and forth for several weeks now and I can’t wait to meet her in person. She warns me that she has *lotsa* questions and that is great because she will soon realize that I like to talk a *lotsa* ;-)
Please welcome the darling Haley Naegele to the Blog. Also feel free to stop by and visit her on her Blog sometime.
At what point did you develop a love for photography? Experience level? Ultimate goals?
This is going to be the standard answer, but the desire to capture all those great moments once you have kids. I have albums upon albums of marginal candid photos – they capture the moment, but never the emotion. I don’t want to be a professional, but I want to take great pictures mostly for my family and friends. I want people to see pictures I have taken and ask who took them. That would be the ultimate compliment.
Why did you choose to book a {Walk The Shot} workshop?
I love the idea of one on one with someone. I am the person that would get lost in a group session, just listening to everyones questions and answers, and this way I get to be the one asking all of the questions that are really important to me (and I have lots!).
